Mr. Nitin Gadkari is the Minister for Road Transport and Highways (RTH), Government of India. Mr. Gadkari got involved very closely with the Rashtriya SwayamSevak Sangh (RSS) and the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and took to social work in a big way. Mr. Gadkari holds a post-graduate degree in commerce and a diploma in business management, besides studying law. He entered politics in 1980. He went on to become BJP’s State President in Maharashtra in 2005. He was elevated to the post of party’s National President at the young age of 52 in 2009. He also served as PWD Minister in Maharashtra Government and was leader of the opposition in the state legislative council for four consecutive terms. John Kerry served as the United States’ 68th Secretary of State from 2013 to 2017. As America’s top
diplomat, he guided the Department’s strategy on nuclear nonproliferation, combating radical
extremism, and the threat of climate change. His tenure was marked by the successful negotiation of the
Iran nuclear deal and the Paris Climate Agreement. On January 20, 2021, he was sworn in as our nation’s
inaugural Special Presidential Envoy for Climate and the first-ever Principal to sit on the National Security
Council entirely dedicated to climate change. President Biden announced Kerry would have a seat at
every table around the world as he combats the climate crisis to meet the existential threat that we face.
From 1985 to 2013, he served as a U.S. Senator representing Massachusetts, and was Chairman of the
Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 2009 to 2013. Secretary Kerry served in the U.S. Navy,
completing two combat tours of duty in Vietnam for which he received a Silver Star, a Bronze Star with
Combat V, and three Purple Hearts. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his
law degree from Boston College Law School.
Secretary Kerry is the best-selling author of A Call to Service, This Moment on Earth with his wife Teresa
Heinz Kerry, and his 2018 memoir, Every Day Is Extra, which The New York Times described as “a
bittersweet reminder of what the country once demanded of its leaders.”
Secretary Kerry was the Democratic Party’s nominee for President of the United States in 2004. On May
3rd 2024, Secretary Kerry was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom in recognition of his lifelong
commitment to public service.

Matteo Renzi turned 50 in January 2025. He has been married to Agnese since 1999 and they have three children: Francesco (24), Emanuele (22), and Ester (19).
He served as Prime Minister of Italy from February 2014 to December 2016, becoming the youngest in the history of the Italian Republic. During his tenure, Italy’s GDP shifted from –1.7% to + 1.6%, and his Jobs Act reform led to the creation of 1.2 million new jobs. Foreign investment, exports, tourism, and consumer confidence all increased significantly. His government also introduced civil unions legislation, gender equality in the cabinet, and a hundred-fold increase in anti-poverty investment.
Renzi led the European Council during Italy’s presidency in the second half of 2014 and took part in three G7 and three G20 summits. He also signed the Paris Agreement on climate change and presented the Migration Compact to address the refugee crisis.
As Prime Minister, he organized and managed Expo 2015, which redefined Milan’s international profile. Previously, he served as Mayor of Florence from 2009 to 2014.
He has been a Senator of the Italian Republic since 2018 and, since 2024, a senior advisor to the Tony Blair Institute.
He has taught at Stanford University’s Florence program since 2018 and authored nine books on politics, with 900,000 copies sold. He has five million followers across various social media platforms.
Renzi sits on the advisory boards of several international funds, offering expertise on geopolitics, defense, AI, healthcare, and the “Made in Italy” brand. In Saudi Arabia, he serves on the boards of FII, AlUla, and NEOM.

Ritu Gangrade Arora is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Allianz Investment Management (AIM), Asia Pacific. With an AUM of approximately INR 4.1 Lac Crore (USD 50 billion), she currently manages Allianz Group’s investments in 12 countries across 21 operating entities (OEs). Key markets include India, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines among others. This makes her one of the largest AUM managers in Asia. 

As the India Advisor to the Allianz SE Board, Ritu is responsible for broadening and deepening Allianz’s strategic commitments to India. Most recently, she played a pivotal role in the successful ~EUR 2.6 billion exit from a 20+ year joint venture with the Bajaj Finserv Group, one of the largest transactions in the Indian insurance sector.

India continues to be a priority growth market for Allianz, and Ritu is actively shaping its next phase , exploring new opportunities to strengthen the Group’s role as both a long-term investor and operator in the country.

As a member of the esteemed global Investment Management Board (IMB) of Allianz Investment Management, she actively contributes to setting the direction for ~USD 700 billion Allianz Group's investments worldwide. She has been instrumental in significant investment made by Allianz in Indian public and diverse private asset classes. 

Ritu’s contributions to business and leadership have played a key role in positioning Allianz as a leader in the Indian market, earning her widespread recognition.  She has been featured on prestigious lists such as the, “Business Today Most Powerful Women in India – 2024”, and the "Top 100 Women Achievers of India" by India Today in 2023. 

She is often consulted as an expert on sustainable finance and climate agenda in Asia. She has also represented Allianz at the “Industry Advisory Panel (IAP)” of ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development (WC-CMD) and on the board of the “G7's Investor Leadership Network”.

David Steinbach is the Global Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Partner at Hines, where he leads the firm’s global investment strategy and capital allocation across all 31 countries and product types. He is a member of the firm’s Management, Executive, and Investment Committees, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term vision.
Since joining Hines in 1999, David has played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a top-tier global investment manager. He led the creation and scaling of Hines’ flagship discretionary funds, growing the platform to over $30 billion in AUM and expanding its institutional and private wealth investor base. During his tenure, Hines has navigated multiple real estate cycles and grown from $10 billion to over $90.1 billion in AUM (as of December 31, 2024), becoming one of the most trusted names in private real estate. He oversees the firm’s investment professionals across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and is responsible for ensuring investment discipline, innovation, and impact on behalf of Hines’ global investor clients. David is a sought-after speaker and media contributor, regularly appearing on CNBC, Bloomberg, and at leading industry forums to discuss the future of investing, capital markets, and sustainable urban development.
Outside of Hines, David serves on the Executive Board of Fast Company. He and his wife, Rebecca, have endowed two college scholarships for first-generation students pursuing degrees in business or public health, and have long championed various initiatives supporting foster care and adoption.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Jonathan Ross is the CEO and founder of Groq® Inc. Groq is the creator of the world’s
first Language Processing Unit (LPUTM), providing exceptional speed performance for
AI workloads running on their LPU Inference Engine. Prior to Groq, Jonathan began
what became Google’s Tensor Processing Unit (TPU) as a 20% project where he
designed and implemented the core elements of the first-generation TPU chip.
Jonathan next joined Google X’s Rapid Eval Team, the initial stage of the famed
“Moonshots Factory”, where he devised and incubated new Bets (Units) for Google’s
parent company, Alphabet.

Jonathan Ross

Rajat Taneja is President of Technology for Visa Inc., responsible for the company's technology innovation and investment strategy, product engineering, global IT and operations infrastructure.  He joined Visa in this role in November 2013.

Prior to joining Visa, Taneja was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., from October 2011 until November 2013, responsible for platform engineering, data center operations and IT supporting the company's global customer base.  From 1996 until 2011, he worked at Microsoft Corporation, including most recently as the Corporate Vice President, Commerce Division, in 2011 and the General Manager and Corporate Vice President, Online Services Division, from 2007 to 2011.  
       
Taneja holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and an MBA from Washington State University.  He served on the Board of Directors for Ellie Mae, Inc. from 2015 to 2019.   He currently serves on the Board of Directors for MSCI since June 2021.

Kosuke Mori serves as the CEO of Saison International, the international headquarters of Credit
Saison. Founded in 1951, Credit Saison Co. Ltd is one of Japan’s largest non-bank financial
companies with over 70 years of history and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The Company
is a leading credit-card issuer in Japan and has evolved into a diversified financial services
company globally.
In his role as Board Director and Head of Global Business for Credit Saison Co. Ltd., he
oversees Credit Saison's global business operations and creates the strategic vision for driving
global expansion and innovation of the group, focusing on the areas of lending and investments.
Under his leadership, Credit Saison’s global business has expanded its footprint to Singapore,
Brazil, Mexico and Indonesia. Additionally, he serves as Managing Partner for Saison Capital,
the venture capital arm of Credit Saison, focusing on Pre-Seed to Series B companies,
particularly in Southeast Asia, India and Brazil.
He is currently appointed as Board Director for Credit Saison Brazil and Credit Saison Mexico,
and serves as Chairman of Credit Saison India.
Kosuke Mori graduated from the University of Tokyo with a bachelor’s degree in law, and
received a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

With a political career spanning over 25 years, Ms Irani’s journey as a public
representative began in 2011 when she was elected to the Rajya Sabha,
the Upper House of the Indian Parliament, representing Gujarat, followed
by her re-election in 2017. In 2019, she made history with a landmark victory
in the Amethi Parliamentary Constituency in Uttar Pradesh, becoming the
first candidate to defeat a sitting National President of the Indian National
Congress. While her tenure in the Lok Sabha, the Lower House, concluded
in June 2024, her political career remains active as she continues to play a
key role in shaping governance and public policy at the national level.
In her constitutional roles, Ms Irani has served in several key positions within
the Indian government. As the youngest Union Cabinet Minister, she
became the first woman to lead the Ministry of Education (formerly Human
Resource Development) in 2014 and the Ministry of Textiles in 2016. Her
appointment to the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs in 2021 enabled
her to engage with critical national matters, including economic, political,
and foreign policy issues.
In addition to her political career, Ms Irani has a two-decade-long
background in the media industry, contributing to television, films, and
theatre in four Indian languages. She holds the unique distinction of
winning five consecutive Best Actress awards at the Indian Television
Academy Awards for her role in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, the first
Indian television series to surpass 1,000 episodes. The show also became a
symbol of cultural diplomacy as the first Indian series to air in war-torn
Afghanistan, where it gained significant popularity.

Mr. Christopher Wood has been publishing his renowned weekly investment report GREED & fear since July 1996. He has been ranked No. 1 Equity Strategist in the Asia Money polls between 2002-2004 and 2006-2022. In 2005 the firm he was working with at the time withdrew from the poll.   Prior to entering the investment business, Wood was a financial journalist. He worked for the Hong Kong-based Far Eastern Economic Review between 1982 and 1984 and The Economist between 1984 to 1994, during which period he was both the New York and Tokyo Bureau Chief. He was also the author of three acclaimed books while at The Economist. "Boom and Bust: The Rise and Fall of the World's Financial Markets" published in 1989; "The Bubble Economy: Japan's Extraordinary Speculative Boom of the '80s and the Dramatic Bust of the '90s" published in 1992; and "The End of Japan Inc.: And How the New Japan Will Look" published in 1994.

Federico J. González is the Executive Vice Chairman of Radisson Hotel Group. Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, The Group has more than 1,520 hotels in operation and development in EMEA and APAC. Federico J. González is also the CEO of Louvre Hotels Group.
 
González has extensive global executive leadership experience in the hospitality, leisure, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, he was Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group, where he led a major turnaround of the company. González was previously Deputy General Manager of Disneyland Paris and worked for 16 years in senior management positions at Procter & Gamble in Brussels, Madrid, and Stockholm before becoming the company’s country Head of Portugal in 2000. 
A respected marketer and change driver, González has written three books: Living and Working Abroad, How to Live and Work with Portuguese, and Cómo Hacerse El Sueco En Los Negocios Con Exito.
As a global leader, González’s personal mission is to motivate and energize large organizations to be more ambitious in profitability, purpose, and people, through respect for diversity of thought, culture, gender, experience, and beliefs.
González majored in Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and received an MSc in International Trade and Finance from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. In January 2021, González became an independent member of the Board of Sodexo and became a board member of Mundi Ventures in July 2023. In 2023, Federico J. González received career recognition from the City Council of Madrid, Spain, rewarding his successful professional career in which he has managed to position Radisson Hotel Group as one of the most competitive brands in hospitality.

Sunny Mann is Baker McKenzie’s Global Chair-elect and takes office in October 2025. He is based in London and is the former global chair of the Firm’s market-leading International Trade Practice Group. In addition to London, he has also worked in the Firm's Washington DC, New York, Sydney and Hong Kong offices. 
Sunny advises clients, including numerous FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 businesses, on compliance and investigations with respect to trade, sanctions, export controls and anti-bribery rules. He also chairs Baker McKenzie's Geopolitical Risks Taskforce and oversaw the Firm’s support to clients responding to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Girish Tanti is the Vice Chairman and founding member
of Suzlon Energy Limited. He is an engineer with a Master of
Business Administration from the United Kingdom.
Over his twenty-seven years of global renewables business
experience, he has lived and worked across Europe, the United
States, and Asia. As co-founder of Suzlon, he incubated the
renewable energy business in 1995, led the establishment of
technology development centres in Europe and India, set-up the
global supply chain, and developed wind markets across India, the
United States, Canada, Europe, China, Australia, South America, and
South Africa. His efforts have been vital to Suzlon’s rise to becoming
the only renewable energy player from a developing nation to rank
among the top five worldwide in the early 2000s. He is also the
founding member of the Suzlon Foundation, which has grown to
become a leading grass root rural development foundation in India.
Mr. Tanti champions the industry in India and across the world
as the Vice Chairman on the Board of Global Wind Energy Council
(GWEC), Chairman of GWEC Global Supply Chain Forum for
Manufacturers, Chairman of GWEC India, Co-Chair of
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)’s National Committee on
Renewable Energy, Chairman of CII National Committee on
Renewable Energy Manufacturing Council, and Chairman of
Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association (IWTMA). He is
also actively engaged with various global forums on Climate
Change and Energy Transition.

Christoph Schweizer is CEO of Boston Consulting Group and a member of the firm's Executive and Operating Committees. Previously, he was BCG’s Chair for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Since joining BCG in 1997, Christoph has supported clients across health care, private equity, and multiple other industries on major transformational programs, including AI/GenAI initiatives, growth strategies, M&A, and post-merger integrations. Under his leadership, BCG has significantly expanded its AI and broader tech capabilities, including through the launch of BCG X, the firm’s tech build and design unit.

countries, Mohamed exemplifies visionary and strategic leadership. His tenure at PwC is marked
by the pursuit of value creation and transformative business solutions, guiding clients from
strategic conception to tangible outcomes.
Prior to becoming Global Chairman, Mohamed served as the US & Global Advisory Leader at
PwC. He also served as the CEO of the combined PwC consulting businesses in the US, Mexico
and Japan. His expertise spans the areas of strategy, technology, business model reinvention, and
mergers and acquisitions.
During his time as Global Advisory Leader, he played a pivotal role in steering the network’s
alliance strategy and served as the executive sponsor for key capability investments such as Gen
AI, managed services and business model reinvention.
Before joining PwC in August 2011, Mohamed was the managing partner of PRTM Management
Consultants’ Europe, Middle East and South Asia businesses.
Mohamed holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in electrical engineering from the
University of Montreal and a diplôme d’ingénieur in electrical engineering from ESIGELEC in
France. He became a licensed CPA in Washington, D.C. in 2022.
Mohamed comes from a multicultural background, is fluent in French and has diverse and
extensive international business experience.

With over two decades at the company, he has acted as a strategic advisor on complex transformation initiatives across various industries, including financial services, automotive, retail, consumer products, and telecommunications, media & technology 
Under his leadership, Publicis Sapient has become a recognized leader in digital business transformation, combining strategy, product, experience, engineering, and data to help clients sustain relevance by adapting to change and capturing value through digital.  
Nigel is also a member of the Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe and serves as the Global Lead of Digital Business Transformation for the communication, media, data, and technology group. He has been recognized as a Top 25 Global Leader in Consulting-by-Consulting Magazine and is an inductee of the BIMA Digital Hall of Fame.

Nigel Vaz

Rishit is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Truecaller. Before being named the CEO in January 2025,
he has held leadership roles within the organisation for more than 10 years.
Rishit moved from Bangalore to Stockholm to join Truecaller in 2015 as the Vice President of Product and
has led the evolution of the product since then, becoming Chief Product Officer in 2020 and Managing
Director, India in 2021. He became known as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and
businesses to revolutionise some of Truecaller's biggest product offerings.
Rishit brings in a wealth of experience, not just gained during his time at Truecaller, but also from his
past stint as an entrepreneur. He is highly proficient with the technology sphere in the country and helps
drive growth for Truecaller through his expertise.
Prior to joining Truecaller, Rishit was co-founder of CloudMagic, an email productivity app based in
Bangalore. Rishit lives in Bengaluru with his family. He earned a Business Management Degree from
Bangalore University.

Chris was appointed President of Broadridge in March 2020. Previously, he served as our Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions from 2014 to 2020. Chris leads Broadridge's top clients and partners, overseeing Broadridge International, and coordinating Broadridge's overall growth strategy. Dr. Sumitava Mukherjee is a behavioral and cognitive scientist who has studied diverse aspects of human judgment and decision making along with taking a lead role in spreading decision research in India. He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at IIT Delhi where his work have been largely around the economic psychology of value and decisions concerning gains versus losses,  that is a cornerstone in behavioral economics. Dr Arunabha Ghosh is a public policy expert, author, columnist, and institution builder. He has also been a member of Bain’s Board of Directors, Nominating Committee, and Global Operating Committee. Manny has actively been involved in the World Economic Forum as a member of the Forum’s International Business Council, the First Mover’s Coalition, and other related committees. Additionally, he sits on the Bridgespan Board of Directors, the MIT Sloan North American Advisory Board, the OneTen Advisory Board, and is a founding partner of The Asian American Foundation. Manny Maceda

Kevin was appointed President and CEO in August 2021. He joined
Sun Life in 2002 and held several senior roles, including Vice-President
of Investor Relations for Sun Life’s Corporate Office, and Senior
Vice-President of Sun Life’s Individual Insurance and Investments
division in Canada.
In 2012, Kevin assumed the role of President, Sun Life Asia where he
was responsible for Sun Life’s interests in Asia, including identifying
opportunities for growth in the region and managing the company’s
relationships with its partners.
In 2017, Kevin was appointed Chief Financial Officer, responsible for
Sun Life’s worldwide Finance, Taxation, Capital and Investor Relations,
Enterprise Services and Corporate Development business groups.
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Accounting
degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He currently sits on
the Board of Directors for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and is a
Board Member at the C.D. Howe Institute. He is also a member of the
Asia Business Leaders Advisory Council. Previously, he was on the
Board of Governors for the University of Waterloo.
In May 2025, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce named Kevin the
2025 International Business Leader of the Year.

Kevin D. Strain

His Excellency Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah is the President and CEO of Dubai Chambers,
one of the largest economic development arms in Dubai. In his current role, he oversees the
implementation of Dubai Chambers’ strategic initiatives and plans, which aim to improve the
ease of doing business in Dubai, support businesses expanding globally, attract foreign
companies and investment, and advance the digital economy.
In addition to his current role at Dubai Chambers, His Excellency serves as a member of the
Executive Board of the International Chamber of Commerce, which represents a network of 45
million companies around the world.
His Excellency also serves as a member of the board at the Dubai Free Zones Council, Dubai
Media Council, Emirati Human Resources Development Council, as well as a member of the
University of Dubai Board of Trustees and a member of the board of Union Coop.
Previously, he served as CEO of the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection for
Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, where he was responsible for overseeing consumer
protection, business protection, intellectual property protection, and commercial compliance.
His Excellency also held several other leadership positions at the Department of Economic
Development, namely Deputy CEO of the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection
Sector, Deputy CEO of the Dubai Export Development Corporation, Executive Director of
Corporate Quality and Excellence, and Deputy Director of the Information Technology
Department at Dubai Land Department.
H.E. Lootah earned a bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering from Arizona State
University in the United States and an executive MBA in strategic management from the Higher
Colleges of Technology in Dubai. He is a graduate of the ‘Dubai Leaders Program’ at the
Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development.

Anu Aiyengar is the Global Chair of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 1999, Anu has held senior leadership roles across the Investment Bank and has advised on more than $1 trillion worth of transactions.
Most recently, Anu served as Global Head of Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions, where she was a member of the firm's Global Banking Operating Committee and Global Investment Banking Management team. She led a top-ranked global practice of 500+ bankers across 45 countries, spanning M&A, Corporate Advisory, and Director Advisory Services, helping clients execute transformative strategies. Her global leadership is a reflection of her nearly three decades of specialized transaction experience at J.P. Morgan, including 12 years of leading the M&A practice first in North America and then globally.
Anu's leadership and impact have been widely acknowledged, with her being named to Barron's "100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance" and American Banker's "Most Powerful Women in Finance" for the last five years. She has also received distinctions such as the 2021 "Asian American Business Award," the 2022 "Ascend A-List Honoree," the "Impact and Innovation Award" by Dress for Success, and was featured on the 2024 Forbes India W-Power list. In 2025, she was named the top U.S. M&A banker on Business Insider's Rainmakers list, becoming the first woman to hold the No. 1 position.
Beyond her professional achievements, Anu is dedicated to community service and advancing women in finance. She serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Smith College and the boards of the New York City Ballet, American Red Cross, and Dress for Success. She is a guest lecturer at Chicago Booth and Harvard Business School.

Troy Ruhanen

Sir Ron Kalifa is Vice Chair and Head of Financial Infrastructure investing in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for Brookfield’s financial infrastructure investment strategy which focuses on identifying opportunities in digital assets and services that form the backbone of the global economy.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2023, Sir Ron served as CEO of Worldpay for over a decade, a leading global payments platform overseeing its divestment into private equity ownership and subsequently to IPO. He also served as Chair of Network International, a leading payments operator across the Middle East and Africa that was acquired by a Brookfield-led consortium. In 2021, he led the Kalifa Review of U.K. Fintech, a government-commissioned independent review which defined a strategy and delivery model for fintech and high-growth sectors of the economy. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles in finance across the U.K., Europe, and the U.S.
Sir Ron is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He also serves as a member of the Council of Imperial College London, a Trustee of the Royal Foundation, and a Non-Executive Director for the England and Wales Cricket Board and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).



Sir Ron Kalifa

Tanay Kothari is the co-founder and CEO of Wispr, the voice-to-text AI that turns speech into clear, polished writing in every app. A four-time founder, he launched FeatherX, an AI personalization startup for online stores, while still in college. After it was acquired by Cerebra Technologies, he joined the company to lead engineering and product. Earlier, he built Convert, a music discovery platform that grew to more than 2.5 million organic monthly active users.


Tanay holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Stanford, where he taught the university’s Deep Learning course alongside Prof. Andrew Ng and published research at the Stanford AI Lab. He also served as President of the Stanford Venture Capital Club for three years. In 2023, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.


Tanay Kothari 

Anthony Capuano is President and CEO of Marriott International, Inc. In his role, Mr. Capuano
presides over the world’s largest hospitality company and some of the most iconic brands in travel.
The company now has approximately 10,000 properties across 146 countries and territories and
over 30 brands. It also has the travel industry’s largest customer loyalty program, Marriott Bonvoy,
which has over 280 million members.

Before his appointment as CEO in February 2021, Mr. Capuano was Group President, Global
Development, Design and Operations Services, where he led the strategic unit growth of all of
Marriott’s brands while overseeing the global design team as well as Marriott’s global operating
standards and protocols for thousands of properties around the world. Mr. Capuano was also
responsible for oversight of the EDITION Hotels, a unique concept in the luxury lifestyle hotel
space conceived by hotelier Ian Schrager and Marriott International.
Mr. Capuano joined Marriott in 1995 and was instrumental in its steady growth over the years,
which included the acquisition of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide in 2016. Mr. Capuano
began his Marriott career as part of the Market Planning and Feasibility team, where he helped
the company assess the overall economic viability of new and existing hotels, balancing the
company’s interests with the needs of hotel owners and developers, investors, lenders, and
Operators.

That role prepared him to lead Marriott’s development efforts in the Western United States and
Canada for its full-service hotel brands. Later, his responsibilities expanded to include North
America, the Caribbean and Latin America. In 2009, Mr. Capuano assumed global development
responsibility. He began overseeing global design in 2014 and global operations in January 2020.
Mr. Capuano earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Hotel Administration. He is
an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society, The Cornell School of Hotel Administration Dean’s
Advisory Board, as well as the Business Roundtable and the American Hotel and Lodging
Association’s IREFAC Council. Additionally, Mr. Capuano serves on the Board of Directors for
McDonald's Corporation, The Economic Club of Washington, D.C., and Save Venice, a nonprofit
organization dedicated to preserving the artistic heritage of Venice, Italy. He resides in Potomac,
Maryland, with his wife.

An avid cricket enthusiast, Krish is also a co-owner of the Rotterdam franchise in the European T20 Premier League (ETPL).

Alex Mashrabov is the CEO and Co-Founder of Higgsfield, a leading generative video platform and a fast-scaling force in the AI sector. Before Higgsfield, Alex co-founded AI Factory, the startup behind Snapchat’s viral Cameos and Face Filters, which reached billions of users and was acquired by Snap in 2020. At Snap, he served as Director of Generative AI, leading teams that shaped the company’s early AI strategy. 


Alex Mashrabov

Harshit is the Founder & CEO of Zingroll, backed by Google, A16Z Speedrun, Accel, Z Fellows and others. Zingroll is an AI entertainment platform where anyone can role-play in a cinematic AI movie or show; the platform's content surged to 200M+ viewers since launch in early 2025, and is currently trending on top charts in India on iOS. He has also discovered two asteroids in the main belt, was a Thiel Fellow finalist, built Ivy League's largest anonymous chat app, and led Dartmouth's Mixed Reality for four years. Harshit graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in CS and Sociology, and has since worked as a Tech consultant in EY, prior to starting Zingroll and raising $4.1M.

As a veteran in the security industry, Nick has developed expertise in creating best-of-breed technology platforms and world-class sales organizations, which have been the driving force behind Arctic Wolf’s explosive growth and leadership position in the security operations market.
Before being named CEO, Nick served as Arctic Wolf’s President and Chief Revenue Officer, where he helped lead the company to eight consecutive years of 100% sales growth, spearheaded the company’s international expansion, and oversaw Arctic Wolf’s transition to a 100% channel go-to-market model.

Shailendra Singh is a Managing Director at Peak XV (formerly known as Sequoia Capital India & Southeast Asia). He joined the firm in 2006 and has served as its leader since 2011. Peak XV has partnered with 450+ companies spanning technology, software, financial services and consumer sectors across the world. The portfolio has seen 37 IPOs, multiple successful M&As and currently has 50+ companies with over $100M in revenues. Shailendra has led investments in several category leaders including Pine Labs, CRED, Supabase, PostHog, GoTo, Druva and Sirion. Dr. Vivek Lall is an internationally recognized aerospace and security executive whose work spans unmanned aircraft, advanced sensing, fusion energy, high temperature materials, directed energy, and electromagnetic systems. He is Chief Executive of General Atomics Global Corporation, supporting United States and allied partners on five continents. He has held senior leadership roles at Boeing and Lockheed Martin and has advised the United States government on global aviation policy and strategic technology.
