Ritu Gangrade Arora is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Allianz Investment Management (AIM), Asia Pacific. With an AUM of approximately INR 4.1 Lac Crore (USD 50 billion), she currently manages Allianz Group’s investments in 12 countries across 21 operating entities (OEs). Key markets include India, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines among others. This makes her one of the largest AUM managers in Asia. 

As the India Advisor to the Allianz SE Board, Ritu is responsible for broadening and deepening Allianz’s strategic commitments to India. Most recently, she played a pivotal role in the successful ~EUR 2.6 billion exit from a 20+ year joint venture with the Bajaj Finserv Group, one of the largest transactions in the Indian insurance sector.

India continues to be a priority growth market for Allianz, and Ritu is actively shaping its next phase , exploring new opportunities to strengthen the Group’s role as both a long-term investor and operator in the country.

As a member of the esteemed global Investment Management Board (IMB) of Allianz Investment Management, she actively contributes to setting the direction for ~USD 700 billion Allianz Group's investments worldwide. She has been instrumental in significant investment made by Allianz in Indian public and diverse private asset classes. 

Ritu’s contributions to business and leadership have played a key role in positioning Allianz as a leader in the Indian market, earning her widespread recognition.  She has been featured on prestigious lists such as the, “Business Today Most Powerful Women in India – 2024”, and the "Top 100 Women Achievers of India" by India Today in 2023. 

She is often consulted as an expert on sustainable finance and climate agenda in Asia. She has also represented Allianz at the “Industry Advisory Panel (IAP)” of ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Market Development (WC-CMD) and on the board of the “G7's Investor Leadership Network”.

Ritu is also on the boards of HCL Infosystems Ltd (India), Allianz Investment Management Singapore and Allianz Insurance Asset Management Co- China.


Ritu Arora 

Chris was appointed President of Broadridge in March 2020. Previously, he served as our Corporate Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Client Solutions from 2014 to 2020. Chris leads Broadridge's top clients and partners, overseeing Broadridge International, and coordinating Broadridge's overall growth strategy. He joined Broadridge in 2014 after more than 25 years in banking, brokerage and financial information services. Most recently, he was Global Managing Director of Risk for the Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters. Over the previous 14 years, Chris held numerous roles at Thomson Reuters and its predecessor, Thomson Financial. Chris currently serves on the Board of the Financial Services Institute.

Chris Perry

Navi Radjou is a French-American innovation and leadership scholar. He co-led the Centre for India & Global Business at the University of Cambridge's Judge Business School (UK) and served as a vice president at Forrester Research, a technology research and consulting firm in Boston, USA.

Since 2021, Navi is ranked by Thinkers50 as one of the 50 most influential management thinkers in the world.

In 2013, Navi won the prestigious Thinkers50 Innovation Award, given to a management thinker who is redefining the way we think about and practice innovation. He spoke at TED Global 2014 on frugal innovation (+2 million views).
 
Navi is co-author of three books: the global bestseller Jugaad Innovation (over 250,000 copies sold), Frugal Innovation, and From Smart To Wise: Acting and Leading with Wisdom.

His new book The Frugal Economy: A Guide to Building a Better World with Less, published in 2024 by Wiley and Thinkers50, shows how businesses and nations can generate inclusive growth and maximize citizens’ well-being within planetary boundaries.  

He is a much sought-after speaker and advisor and widely quoted in the international media. 

Born and raised in Pondicherry, India, he holds dual French-American nationality. He studied at Ecole Centrale Paris and Yale School of Management.

He is a long-time student of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vipassana (mindfulness) meditation.


Navi Radjou

Toby attended UCL and went onto focus on the tech and telco spaces. With a proven track record of founding new start ups, including having successfully invested in and exited three telecommunications companies operating in Europe, Africa and Asia, Toby invested in and led both the Blockfort and OnRamp team as well as co-founding and leading the Coinweb project since 2018, and PACT SWAP since 2024.

Toby Gilbert

Rishit is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Truecaller. Before being named the CEO in January 2025,
he has held leadership roles within the organisation for more than 10 years.
Rishit moved from Bangalore to Stockholm to join Truecaller in 2015 as the Vice President of Product and
has led the evolution of the product since then, becoming Chief Product Officer in 2020 and Managing
Director, India in 2021. He became known as a leader who could span a breadth of technologies and
businesses to revolutionise some of Truecaller's biggest product offerings.
Rishit brings in a wealth of experience, not just gained during his time at Truecaller, but also from his
past stint as an entrepreneur. He is highly proficient with the technology sphere in the country and helps
drive growth for Truecaller through his expertise.
Prior to joining Truecaller, Rishit was co-founder of CloudMagic, an email productivity app based in
Bangalore. Rishit lives in Bengaluru with his family. He earned a Business Management Degree from
Bangalore University.

Nigel Vaz is the CEO of Publicis Sapient, a global digital business transformation company that helps organizations thrive in an increasingly digital world. With over two decades at the company, he has acted as a strategic advisor on complex transformation initiatives across various industries, including financial services, automotive, retail, consumer products, and telecommunications, media & technology 
Under his leadership, Publicis Sapient has become a recognized leader in digital business transformation, combining strategy, product, experience, engineering, and data to help clients sustain relevance by adapting to change and capturing value through digital.  
Nigel is also a member of the Executive Committee of Publicis Groupe and serves as the Global Lead of Digital Business Transformation for the communication, media, data, and technology group. He has been recognized as a Top 25 Global Leader in Consulting-by-Consulting Magazine and is an inductee of the BIMA Digital Hall of Fame. 
In addition to his executive roles, Nigel is the author of the bestselling business book *Digital Business Transformation: How Established Companies Sustain Competitive Advantage from Now to Next*, which draws on years of partnering with clients to harness the power of digital.


Nigel Vaz

Sunny Mann is Baker McKenzie’s Global Chair-elect and takes office in October 2025. He is based in London and is the former global chair of the Firm’s market-leading International Trade Practice Group. In addition to London, he has also worked in the Firm's Washington DC, New York, Sydney and Hong Kong offices. 
Sunny advises clients, including numerous FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 businesses, on compliance and investigations with respect to trade, sanctions, export controls and anti-bribery rules. He also chairs Baker McKenzie's Geopolitical Risks Taskforce and oversaw the Firm’s support to clients responding to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The team was at the forefront of the market, having advised around one quarter of each of the Fortune 100, FTSE 100, CAC 40 and DAX 40 communities on geopolitical disruption, including responding to the Russian invasion and the ongoing trade and tariff wars.
Sunny is ranked as a Band 1 practitioner by both The Legal 500 and Chambers. He is also a Visiting Professor at King’s College, London (teaching sanctions on the LLM course) and was for 15 years a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, the leading institute for post-graduate European studies, where he taught an LLM course on Corporate Compliance.
Sunny is proudly of Indian heritage, speaks Hindi and Punjabi, and routinely advises on India-related matters.


Sunny Mann

Kosuke Mori serves as the CEO of Saison International, the international headquarters of Credit
Saison. Founded in 1951, Credit Saison Co. Ltd is one of Japan’s largest non-bank financial
companies with over 70 years of history and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The Company
is a leading credit-card issuer in Japan and has evolved into a diversified financial services
company globally.
In his role as Board Director and Head of Global Business for Credit Saison Co. Ltd., he
oversees Credit Saison's global business operations and creates the strategic vision for driving
global expansion and innovation of the group, focusing on the areas of lending and investments.
Under his leadership, Credit Saison’s global business has expanded its footprint to Singapore,
Brazil, Mexico and Indonesia. Additionally, he serves as Managing Partner for Saison Capital,
the venture capital arm of Credit Saison, focusing on Pre-Seed to Series B companies,
particularly in Southeast Asia, India and Brazil.
He is currently appointed as Board Director for Credit Saison Brazil and Credit Saison Mexico,
and serves as Chairman of Credit Saison India.
Kosuke Mori graduated from the University of Tokyo with a bachelor’s degree in law, and
received a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Shub Bhowmick is the CEO and Co-founder of Tredence. In 2013, Bhowmick and his partners launched Tredence, a data science and AI engineering company focused on solving the last-mile problem in analytics. For more than 27 years, Bhowmick has been a problem solver, entrepreneur, and technology leader. Prior to the founding of Tredence, he held senior executive positions at Diamond Consultants (now PwC), Mu Sigma, Liberty Advisor Group, and Infosys. Bhowmick holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology with Honors in Chemical Engineering from IIT-BHU, India.


Shub Bhowmick

Vugar is an award-winning senior manager and communications expert with 15 years of
progressive hands-on experience spanning Fortune 500 giants to dynamic startups, currently
serving as Chief Operations Officer at Bitget.
A stalwart in the Web3 and blockchain arena, Vugar previously assumed the role of Chief
Marketing Officer at Beincrypto, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. His journey extends to
co-founder and board levels, where he adeptly crafted brands and ushered in compelling
products, contributing to the success of a "unicorn" MarTech startup. Notably, Vugar has
collaborated with renowned brands such as Carlsberg, Facebook, Danone, Coca-Cola, Twitter,
SONY, and more, showcasing his versatility and strategic acumen. Having also lent his expertise
as a senior consultant at Bain & Company, Vugar focused on data, Web3, and private equity,
further solidifying his standing as a seasoned professional in the field.
An Edward S. Mason Fellow, Vugar holds a master's degree from Harvard University and a
Doctorate in Economics from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Vugar passionately
hosts a popular crypto podcast, the "Usi Talk," delving into the realms of technology, Web3, AI,
and Blockchain.
His diverse experience positions him well to drive Bitget's global expansion, improve operational
efficiency, and ensure compliance. With a team of over 1500 professionals, Vugar is enthusiastic

Vugar Usi Zade

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Mohamed Kande stands at the forefront of
international business leadership as the Global Chairman of PwC. Leading an integrated Network
Leadership Team (NLT) which brings together more than 364,000 professionals across 151
countries, Mohamed exemplifies visionary and strategic leadership. His tenure at PwC is marked
by the pursuit of value creation and transformative business solutions, guiding clients from
strategic conception to tangible outcomes.
Prior to becoming Global Chairman, Mohamed served as the US & Global Advisory Leader at
PwC. He also served as the CEO of the combined PwC consulting businesses in the US, Mexico
and Japan. His expertise spans the areas of strategy, technology, business model reinvention, and
mergers and acquisitions.
During his time as Global Advisory Leader, he played a pivotal role in steering the network’s
alliance strategy and served as the executive sponsor for key capability investments such as Gen
AI, managed services and business model reinvention.
Before joining PwC in August 2011, Mohamed was the managing partner of PRTM Management
Consultants’ Europe, Middle East and South Asia businesses.
Mohamed holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in electrical engineering from the
University of Montreal and a diplôme d’ingénieur in electrical engineering from ESIGELEC in
France. He became a licensed CPA in Washington, D.C. in 2022.
Mohamed comes from a multicultural background, is fluent in French and has diverse and
extensive international business experience.

Sandeep Ghosh is Visa’s Group Country Manager India and South
Asia (INSA). He is responsible for the organisation’s growth strategy
and market leadership across South Asian markets including India, Sri
Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, and Bhutan.
In his role, Sandeep focuses on Visa’s leadership and growth in the
cluster, based on innovative strategies to open avenues, help build
and scale a trusted payments ecosystem and drive financial inclusion
by developing a less-cash society across each market.

Sandeep brings diverse and rich experience from the banking and
finance ecosystem, having worked across multiple global markets. His
roles spanned business development, brand marketing, strategy and
general management in FMCG, banking, insurance and consulting.
Prior to joining Visa in March 2022, Sandeep led the Financial Services
Consulting practice at EY for India. Previously, he served as Managing
Director, Bharti AXA Life Insurance and Country Manager AXA India,
helping build a strong franchise for the brand.
Sandeep has also worked in senior management roles, leading
Commercial Banking at ANZ and RBS in the region. He spent nearly a
decade at Citibank, heading its commercial banking operations in India,
prior to which he was Category Head – Marketing, South Asia with
PepsiCo.

David Steinbach is the Global Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Partner at Hines, where he leads the firm’s global investment strategy and capital allocation across all 31 countries and product types. He is a member of the firm’s Management, Executive, and Investment Committees, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term vision.
Since joining Hines in 1999, David has played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a top-tier global investment manager. He led the creation and scaling of Hines’ flagship discretionary funds, growing the platform to over $30 billion in AUM and expanding its institutional and private wealth investor base. During his tenure, Hines has navigated multiple real estate cycles and grown from $10 billion to over $90.1 billion in AUM (as of December 31, 2024), becoming one of the most trusted names in private real estate. He oversees the firm’s investment professionals across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and is responsible for ensuring investment discipline, innovation, and impact on behalf of Hines’ global investor clients. David is a sought-after speaker and media contributor, regularly appearing on CNBC, Bloomberg, and at leading industry forums to discuss the future of investing, capital markets, and sustainable urban development.
Outside of Hines, David serves on the Executive Board of Fast Company. He and his wife, Rebecca, have endowed two college scholarships for first-generation students pursuing degrees in business or public health, and have long championed various initiatives supporting foster care and adoption.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.


David Steinbach

Mr. Christopher Wood has been publishing his renowned weekly investment report GREED & fear since July 1996. He has been ranked No. 1 Equity Strategist in the Asia Money polls between 2002-2004 and 2006-2022. In 2005 the firm he was working with at the time withdrew from the poll.   Prior to entering the investment business, Wood was a financial journalist. He worked for the Hong Kong-based Far Eastern Economic Review between 1982 and 1984 and The Economist between 1984 to 1994, during which period he was both the New York and Tokyo Bureau Chief. He was also the author of three acclaimed books while at The Economist. "Boom and Bust: The Rise and Fall of the World's Financial Markets" published in 1989; "The Bubble Economy: Japan's Extraordinary Speculative Boom of the '80s and the Dramatic Bust of the '90s" published in 1992; and "The End of Japan Inc.: And How the New Japan Will Look" published in 1994.

Christopher Wood

Federico J. González is the Executive Vice Chairman of Radisson Hotel Group. Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, The Group has more than 1,520 hotels in operation and development in EMEA and APAC. Federico J. González is also the CEO of Louvre Hotels Group.
 
González has extensive global executive leadership experience in the hospitality, leisure, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, he was Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group, where he led a major turnaround of the company. González was previously Deputy General Manager of Disneyland Paris and worked for 16 years in senior management positions at Procter & Gamble in Brussels, Madrid, and Stockholm before becoming the company’s country Head of Portugal in 2000. 
A respected marketer and change driver, González has written three books: Living and Working Abroad, How to Live and Work with Portuguese, and Cómo Hacerse El Sueco En Los Negocios Con Exito.
As a global leader, González’s personal mission is to motivate and energize large organizations to be more ambitious in profitability, purpose, and people, through respect for diversity of thought, culture, gender, experience, and beliefs.
González majored in Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and received an MSc in International Trade and Finance from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. In January 2021, González became an independent member of the Board of Sodexo and became a board member of Mundi Ventures in July 2023. In 2023, Federico J. González received career recognition from the City Council of Madrid, Spain, rewarding his successful professional career in which he has managed to position Radisson Hotel Group as one of the most competitive brands in hospitality.

Sir Martin Sorrell is Founder and Executive Chairman of S4 Capital plc (“S4 Capital”) the tech-led, new age/new era digital advertising, marketing and technology services company for global, multinational, regional and local clients, and millennial-driven influencer brands.
Sir Martin was Founder and CEO of WPP for 33 years, building it from a £1 million ‘shell’ company in 1985 into the world’s largest advertising and marketing services company. When Sir Martin left in April 2018, WPP had a market capitalisation of over £16 billion, revenues of over £15 billion, profits of approximately £2 billion and over 200,000 people in 113 countries. Prior to that, Sir Martin was Group Financial Director of Saatchi & Saatchi plc for nine years and worked for James Gulliver, Mark McCormack and Glendinning Associates before that.
In 2018, S4 Capital merged with MediaMonks, the leading Ad Age A-listed creative digital content production company, and then with MightyHive, the market-leading digital media solutions provider for future thinking marketers and agencies. Since then, MediaMonks and MightyHive have combined with more than 30 companies.
In August 2021, S4 Capital launched its unitary brand by combining MediaMonks and MightyHive into Media.Monks. He was ranked the second best-performing CEO in the World by the Harvard Business Review in 2016 and 2017, and received the Harvard Business School Alumni Achievement Award. Vishal Sikka

Pradeep Parameswaran is Head of Mobility at Uber, responsible for Uber's global mobility business, overseeing business strategy and operations across more than 70 countries. He leads the team dedicated to providing seamless, reliable, and innovative transportation options to millions of people worldwide, while shaping the future of mobility.
Pradeep joined Uber in January 2017 and has held several key leadership positions, including managing Uber’s mobility operations in India and South Asia and across the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, Pradeep served as Vice President in charge of Uber for Business, the company’s B2B solution, and as global head of business development.
Pradeep serves on the board of Nykaa, India’s leading online beauty and fashion e-commerce company. Before joining Uber, Pradeep was CEO of DEN Networks, a leading cable television company in India. He spent over a decade at McKinsey & Company working with clients in the technology sector in the U.S. and India. Pradeep began his career in sales at Unilever. He is an alum of the University of Mumbai and Vanderbilt University.


Pradeep Parameswaran

Rajat Taneja is President of Technology for Visa Inc., responsible for the company's technology innovation and investment strategy, product engineering, global IT and operations infrastructure.  He joined Visa in this role in November 2013.

Prior to joining Visa, Taneja was Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Electronic Arts Inc., from October 2011 until November 2013, responsible for platform engineering, data center operations and IT supporting the company's global customer base.  From 1996 until 2011, he worked at Microsoft Corporation, including most recently as the Corporate Vice President, Commerce Division, in 2011 and the General Manager and Corporate Vice President, Online Services Division, from 2007 to 2011.  
       
Taneja holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and an MBA from Washington State University.  He served on the Board of Directors for Ellie Mae, Inc. from 2015 to 2019.   He currently serves on the Board of Directors for MSCI since June 2021. 


Rajat Taneja

Matteo Renzi turned 50 in January 2025. He has been married to Agnese since 1999 and they have three children: Francesco (24), Emanuele (22), and Ester (19).
He served as Prime Minister of Italy from February 2014 to December 2016, becoming the youngest in the history of the Italian Republic. During his tenure, Italy’s GDP shifted from –1.7% to + 1.6%, and his Jobs Act reform led to the creation of 1.2 million new jobs. Foreign investment, exports, tourism, and consumer confidence all increased significantly. His government also introduced civil unions legislation, gender equality in the cabinet, and a hundred-fold increase in anti-poverty investment.
Renzi led the European Council during Italy’s presidency in the second half of 2014 and took part in three G7 and three G20 summits. He also signed the Paris Agreement on climate change and presented the Migration Compact to address the refugee crisis.
As Prime Minister, he organized and managed Expo 2015, which redefined Milan’s international profile. Previously, he served as Mayor of Florence from 2009 to 2014.
He has been a Senator of the Italian Republic since 2018 and, since 2024, a senior advisor to the Tony Blair Institute.
He has taught at Stanford University’s Florence program since 2018 and authored nine books on politics, with 900,000 copies sold. He has five million followers across various social media platforms.
Renzi sits on the advisory boards of several international funds, offering expertise on geopolitics, defense, AI, healthcare, and the “Made in Italy” brand. In Saudi Arabia, he serves on the boards of FII, AlUla, and NEOM.
